“The Great Work is work.” — (CF Russell)

“My idea is that every specific body strives to become master over all space and to extend its force ( — its will to power:) and to thrust back all that resists its extension.

But it continually encounters similar efforts on the part of other bodies and ends by coming to an arrangement (“union”) with those of them that are sufficiently related to it: thus they then conspire together for power. And the process goes on.” — (Friedrich Nietzsche)

Sooner or later one’s values and actions (or lack thereof) bare fruit.

Some things stand the test of time and some things do not.

The best way to learn is to pressure test an idea in the arena of consequences.

The best arena for this testing of oneself and one’s ideas is the reality of work both on oneself and in the world.

The Great Work and Work as Worship is the lever the magician uses to change things in conformity with Will.
